Both 10 mEq and 15 mEq versions are designed to be flavorless when mixed with 16+ ounces of water or beverage.

They’re different dosages, but with equal effectiveness as long as the total daily mEq is matched. For example, two sticks of 15 mEq per day would be the same as three sticks of 10 mEq per day.

“mEq” stands for milliquivalent, which is how citrate and alkali are counted. This is different than milligrams.

The 10 mEq has 50% lower potassium than the 15 mEq which may help some customers who are potassium sensitive.

Yes, it will maintain its kidney health effect regardless of the type of liquid. 

Most customers find that water, juice, tea, or coffee works best. It will work in carbonated beverages but may cause increased “fizz”.

The kidney health effect will remain in any amount of liquid. 16+oz is recommended to maintain the normal flavoring of water and other beverages.

The kidney health effect is the same no matter what. We recommend drinking your water or beverage just as you normally would.

LithoLyte.com is set up to take HSA|FSA payments however the decision to cover or not to cover a purchase is based upon the entity that sponsors the card ie: the customer’s employer or sponsoring organization.

Orders received before 12 pm EST on weekdays will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm EST, will ship the next business day.

Ground shipping takes 7-10 days from the date of processing.

We do not offer expedited orders; if you need a one-time quick delivery then we kindly suggest you use Amazon.

Shipping times are determined by mail carriers and cannot be guaranteed. Refunds for shipping are not available. If your package does not arrive within 14 days or is determined to be lost we will replace it free of charge.

Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means).  The server that hosts our store encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

We do not store credit card information. Stripe and Paypal, our third party payment processors, do store credit card information.

Any unopened package for an order placed within the last 30 days may be returned for a full refund, minus the cost of return shipping and sales tax.

All LithoLyte|Health products are manufactured under Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) guidelines. These are FDA guidelines that assure proper design, monitoring, and control of manufacturing processes and facilities. All products are manufactured in FDA regulated facilities.

We test every lot of each product for potency,  heavy metals, and microbiological components.

We utilize independent, certified third party labs to conduct these tests.

The LithoLyte water enhancer is designed to be flavorless when 1-2 sticks are mixed in 16 ounces of water.

No. But it is usually recommended by a medical professional and to be used under their supervision.

Anywhere from two to six sticks per day is typical.

LithoLyte will last one and a half years from the date of manufacture. It is printed on the product packaging.

LithoLyte coffee is now available. It is packaged for use in single-serve coffee brewers (ie: k-cups). It has 10 mEq of citrate equivalents, just like the water enhancer.

Very unlikely. One serving of LithoLyte is equal to about 1/1000th of a bottle of magnesium citrate.

One serving of LithoLyte has 60mg, or 3% of the Recommended Daily Allowance for sodium.

To compare, one teaspoon of table salt has 2000mg of sodium.
