LithoLyte offers parcel and USPS ground shipping that, after receiving your shipping confirmation email, will usually deliver within 6 days to 9 business days of the order to customers in the contiguous United States, with longer ship times to destinations outside the continental United States. Shipments are processed within 48 hours of the order, and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday. *Free shipping applies to ground shipping orders.

Expedited shipping is available for an extra charge. Expedited shipments will usually deliver within 2-5 business days. Expedited shipments are processed within 24 hours and shipped via USPS priority mail or a comparable service. We do not offer shipping refunds. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed and ultimately are up to the shipping carrier.

We do not offer overnight shipping.

Returns and refunds must be requested within 30 days of the initial order. Returns must be received before a refund may be processed.

lost or incorrect orders

To be eligible for correction, LithoLyte must be notified within 30 days of the initial order regarding lost or incorrect orders.

subscriptions

LithoLyte customers have the option to select a subscription at checkout. Subscriptions are by customer selection only and provide a discount over single orders.  Subscriptions are never automatically applied to accounts and must be started by the customer.  Subscriptions ship automatically ever 30 days.

Subscription customers are notified via email 3 days before a renewal will be processed.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, however, if they are cancelled on or after your renewal date, the subscription order may have already been packaged and become ineligible for cancellation of the individual order. For immediate cancellations, log in to your account at LithoLyte.com/my-account.  If your renewal has already processed and shipped, we cannot retrieve your package. To receive a refund for a renewal all products must be returned in working and unopened condition within 30 days. If you need extra assistance cancelling your subscription, you may email [email protected]. Cancellations not using your online account may take up to 48 hours to process.
